Stay away from ‘’Pink’’ fundraising campaigns by Avon and 5 Hour Energy

DON'T LET YOURSELF BECOME A MEDICAL "ERROR"

Do you swear by Avon or draw all nutrients from a magical health drink called 5 Hour Energy? If so, you should immediately put a stop to it. And, don’t get all impressed by the Pink Parade that the dynamic duo of 5 Hour Energy and the Avon Foundation are leading. If you thought that by drinking Pink Lemonade (one of the flavors in which the health is available) you will be a proud part of the campaign of preventing breast cancer or treating it, then you should also be ready to be one of the patients who are going to be affected by the disease sooner than later.

Let’s get the facts straight here before delving into the details. Pink Lemonade, a product by Living Essentials, contains phenylalanine and artificial sweetener sucralose (you may know it as Splenda), both of which have ample health robbing attributes to make your body ready to be a breeding ground for cancerous cells.

However, here we will focus on the ‘’suspect’’ products of Avon, where the main ingredients    used are very well known to be the carcinogenic. For instance, the deodorant Sweet Honesty Roll contains aluminum which is a cancer precursor material and the fragrant inducing material Phthalates an estrogen mimicker which can trigger breast cancer as well. Next in the line is the Smooth Minerals Lipstick, which contains an amazing bunch of suspect products like aluminum oxide, polyethylene, and polybutene as well as proven carcinogenic ingredients like Titanium dioxide, methyl and propyl parabens.

Of course, there could have been no way for you as consumers to know about these facts, but considering the fact that we are being taken for a ride by these so called public interest foundations, it’s time to know and be aware so that you can prevent these multinationals from messing with your perfectly healthy lives.
